  the check in process was poor due to the staff being very cagey about the owner/employer they worked for. Upon check in the dates were entered in incorrectly by someone and we were told that we only had reservations for 4 and not 35 nights. the solution
  of the check people was that I had to phone OPM. they were very unhelpful, in fact alarming considering I had just drove for 12 hours and the OPM office was closed at the time. It got solved but very poorly handled, I believe more so as a process as opposed
  to the check in person. The rest of the holiday was great.
